Let's notice that in a political science there is an opinion according to which sources (or the bases) the authoritiesare real sources властвования which are used for effective influence on objects of the power (people and a thing), and resources are potential possibilities and means which can be used. In our opinion, similar division is conditional enough, as it is difficult to spend border between used and nedostatochno used means of imperious influence. In the given textbook of concept «sources» and «resources» are identified.
