Constitutive meeting of Euronest is postponed for May, said the head of the Armenian delegation to the organization.

Vahan Hovhannisyan said it was postponed because of Azerbaijani and Ukrainian delegations which initiated amendments to organization’s regulations. “Azerbaijan is trying by all means to postpone the Euronest meeting or fail the format. The Azerbaijani delegation declares it is impossible to cooperate with the delegation of “an occupying state”. However, we are calm about Azerbaijan’s hysteria as we know the background. The Azerbaijani delegation realizes as soon as Euronest starts its work, the sides will touch upon ongoing democratic processes in member states and Azerbaijan will be in focus,” he said.
