I've bought 3 bottles of Manuka Honey & propolis elixir. I didn't received any order notification through email / SMS for 3 weeks. I emailed them, no response. The phone on the website doesn't exist!
After a week of my email sent, reported to the bank that it is a scam company and got the refund transaction. They finally got in touch of me and apologized. And 3 days later, I received my parcel.
Obviously, it's not a pleasant experience to me.

After taking this product for 5 months as per directions I didn’t notice any benefits at all. I find it hard to believe that they can get enough fruit or vegetables in 3 tablets to provide the failed recommendations provided by qualified health professionals. Which is 4-5 servings a day !! I tried stopping the 6th auto shipment as soon as I got notification that it will be sent soon, but they sent it anyway and wouldn’t allow me to return it or any of the other 5 shipments that did absolutely nothing! I would like to see all the reviews, both positive and negative as I strongly believe the biggest reason they’re even 3rd on a list of 5 similar products is because they pay the celebrities in their commercials very well. It’s a very high possibility that they are not legit!! 80% of all supplements out there are a scam that’s all about marketing instead of true facts and actually doing what they claim! But at lease most provide a 90 day 100 % money back guarantee. A lot of them provide a one year guarantee. Which is another scam because they’re investing the funds at 4-5 % !!

Don’t be fooled or mislead Balance of Nature is “Garbage in a Bottle”
All these testimonials are staged. The doctor never had a degree, retired as a chiropractor years ago and was given a certificate
from Russia as a medical person,which is worthless.

Took this stuff and blood work came…

Took this stuff and blood work came back very bad!!! Stopped it, had blood work checked for three weeks straight and now looks great and I feel a lot better. This is not good for anyone!!

No order notification and any products!

Another Useless Supplement !! After taking this product for 5 months…

Terrible service!

I tried to cancel an order that was accidentally made.
I contacted the company minutes after it happened. I left a message explaining everything. Then I called twice and wrote them explaining everything.
I had done this all before the product shipped.
They would help me at all.
When the finally responsed over a week later, they said I could not return the product either.

Refund Denied

After using Balance of Nature for 1 month my blood pressure was raised, requiring double the amount of medication to lower it. This was a heath emergency ! it took 10 days, discontinuing the product, for my blood pressure to be under control again. I called the business on Feb. 3, and Feb10, to obtain a refund and got no response, (I left a voice mail.) except a run around.(They never gave me an account number.)( A third call was made on Feb 20, the refund was denied. There was no invoice or receipt in the package for my records, therefore nothing to verify the purchase,
Be careful: The products is not organic...beware.I question the validity and reliability of Balance of Nature.

Disappointed

Disappointed. As one who practices/teaches functional healthcare, these tasted like they have been around awhile, not fresh. Somewhat dried out. Not sure they could contain 15 fruits/veggies in the small gummies.

Balance of Nature customer service…

Balance of Nature customer service agents out right lie to you.
They charged us for an order we never received and we disputed it with our CC company.
After filing a complaint on BBB they said when we cancel the dispute they will issue a refund.
This is SCAM because they know you cannot file the same dispute twice.
DO NOT do business with BoN.

no communication - no customer service

Once again can you pick up a phone and call me at (630)605-3883 and discuss this so you get your facts straight.

My first order was on November 5th and I was charged $61.68 as a "preferred customer".

You auto shipped my second order on Dec 3rd (less than 30 days after the first order) and charged my credit card $69.95.

I called in to cancel my account since I was not satisfied with the results of your product. I was told by your people I would receive a refund of the first order as per your 30 day money back guarantee but that I would have to ship the UNOPENED 2nd order back to you at my expense in order to get a refund for that order which I did!

I have not received refund of $61.68 as promised.

I did everything right on this and you won't issue my refund - keep digging yourself deeper on this over $61.68.

No one will call me on the phone as requested numerous times!

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau about your company not following through on their promises on 1/13/24!

BUYER BEWARE

In short, I have never been one to go with the flow when it comes to TV commercials, ie BALANCE of NATURE...If you stop for a moment and reflect on the commercials and all the BLAH, BLAH &&& MORE BLAH....BOTTOM LEFT of SCREEN....The names given are while the picture and the blah blahs are talking, bottom right... Ruth speaking, another max sxpeaking &&&&&& THEN....Dr. XXXXX speaking, then another Dr XXX speaking..... MY QUESTION IS...WHY does everyone speaking about BONATURE NOT HAVE THEIR FULL*** NAMES ***, WHY ONLY*** DR XXXX HAS HIS NAME ??? Think about it !!.....Could be that ONLY DR XXXX is being paid ??? .... By the overall reviews a lot of BLAH BLAH &&& MORE BLAH'S.....One is not even certain that the commercial shown when the MRS is shown golfing and bouncing out of a golf cart and the like HOW DO YOU KN OW THAT THAT COMMERCIAL EVEN*** PERTAINS TO BONATURE ?? Still waiting on refund after 3 weeks.

I recievced the product and could not take the required amount of horse pills everyday as I am going through chemo and take enough pills already. I returned my product the way that was instructed by the company. I recieved an email that my return was acceptec and my refund would come within 2-5 busniess days. it has been 10 business days and I have not received my refund. I have called several times to get an update on my refund and just get tld that they are looking into why I received my refund and someone would call me about the refund. I never recieve call and have called back several time to just to get told the sme thing that I would get a call but they don't know when. This makes me think this company is a total scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

300240795 mfd: 3/28/24I purchased BoN several months ago

I purchased BoN several months ago. It is a complete scam. I complained within first 30 days but they charged my credit card a second time without my permission and then would not refund me the second or the first payment. I have place numerous call and messages and complaints. The last one yesterday. I want a refund as promised by the money back guarantee that is a scam as well.

I was a Balance of Nature Subscriber…

I was a Balance of Nature Subscriber for a couple of years. About 2 months ago, I decided that they weren't really helping me and wanted to try other vitamins. So, I postponed my subscription until April 2025.

On Monday, 11.11.2024, I received an email from Balance of Nature telling me that a shipping order had been made through Fed Ex. I tried to call them on the phone, but never got through. So, I emailed them on their website several times to stop the shipment. They never responded. I tried to call Fed Ex but couldn't get a human on the phone to try to either stop the shipment or send it back immediately. I was at a funeral, out of town, when it was delivered on 11.14.2024. I left a note on my front door for the Fed Ex Delivery person, telling them that I was refusing the package since I did not order it in the first place. The person read my note, as I saw on my ring camera, and left the package a
anyway. So, yesterday, I took the package over to a Fed Ex location and returned it, and notified Balance of Nature. This morning I finally got an email from them, after I notified them I had refused it and am sending it back via Fed Ex, saying:
"Hi Karen,
We do not recommend refusing that package for you may not be able to get a refund on that order due to our return policy.
You are outside our policy. Your account is canceled and you will not receive anymore orders.
If you have any further questions or need further assistance please let me know!
Thanks for choosing Balance of Nature!"

Don't order from this company. They are horrible! What company won't return your money for a package you didn't order and refused?

Bad experience

The product is great. The customer service is terrible. I’ve had to call several times to get reimbursed for an unauthorized charge on my card. They do not answer and tell you “you will get a call back.” Ridiculous! They transfer you and you will be on hold. Don’t go through them to get the product! I really had the impression this company had integrity. I was wrong once again.

Nice customer service after you call…

Nice customer service after you call and get 1 person who can't help you and your on hold for 20 minutes for the next person who is nice and can help you but asks a few promotion stay with us please questions that you turn down before finally after 30 minutes on the phone able to cancel everything
