Выбор и обоснование элементной базы

         

          Элементную базу я выбрал на интегральных микросхемах серии К155, так как эта серия подходит по единственному заданному параметру Uип= 5 В.

           Интегральные микросхемы серии К155 выпускаются в пластмассовых корпусах. Имеют диапазон рабочих температур от –10 до +70 градусов, часть микросхем выпускается также в керамических корпусах и имеет обозначение 155, с диапазоном рабочих температур от –45 до +85 градусов.

           Интегральные микросхемы серии К155 широкого потребления, дёшевые, что является достоинством данной серии.

          Сравнительные характеристики нескольких серий приведены в таблице 2.2.1.
